The founder of City Art Lisbon, Talli Tanya Fisher, is an expat sharing her time between London and Lisbon, a passionate traveller and entrepreneur. Holding a master’s degree in Law, Talli practiced as a lawyer for many years, specializing in managing international intellectual property rights.
During her travels Talli published several books on identity, culture, and heritage, led cultural tours in cities, and currently leads workshops on life transitions, transformation and self authorship.


Opening the City Art Gallery in the heart of Lisbon in March 2024, establishing the City Art Magazine, and hosting inspiring Art Events in the City was a long-held dream.
