The founder of City Art Lisbon, Talli Tanya Fisher, is an expat sharing her time between London and Lisbon, a passionate traveller and creator. Holding a master’s degree in Law, Talli practiced as a lawyer for many years, specializing in managing international intellectual property rights. During her travels Talli published several books on identity, culture, and heritage, led cultural tours in cities, and currently leads workshops on self authorship.
Opening the City Art Gallery in the heart of Lisbon in March 2024 was a long-held dream.
Our activity focuses on curating art events and cultural experiences as part of the CityArt Circle club.
